CERTIFIED SCHROTH-BARCELONA INSTITUTE SCOLIOSIS REHAB SPECIALIST
Carson was initially drawn to Physical Therapy from the profoundly positive effect yoga had on her physical and mental health. She wanted to learn a skill to carry through life helping people with her knowledge and two hands. She attended Northeastern University where she received her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
“My goal is to bridge the gap for each client between their present state and their personal goals. In this process my hope is for each client to gain knowledge, skills, and tools to continue the process of healing and attaining their objectives with joy and ease.”
In addition to practicing as a Physical Therapist, Carson has experience teaching group fitness, yoga, Pilates, and Scoliosis-specific exercise classes. She believes the class setting is important for social engagement and continued learning beyond private sessions. She is committed to continuing her own education and has certifications from the Schroth-Barcelona Institute for Conservative Treatment of Scoliosis and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
